  1. You are expecting an email but have not received anything
  2. You send an email and get a bounce back error
  3. You do not receive an email but the sender receives a bounce back error

If you send an email but receive no error and the receiver does not get your email, then it is up to the intended receiver to investigate their SPAM filter.
